Easy to use exercise rower. What I like about it is that in 10 minutes or so you can get a good workout without wasting an hour going to a gym, or 2 hours on a cycle. You can even watch tv if that's your wish. No sore knees or bum. There are also multiple challenges that you can try until you find one that suits you best, such as interval traing or sprinting etc.
Extremely easy to use and gives you a great work out. Really happy with the unit. Well done Team Fitness Network.

How loud is this rower? Will I wake up the neighbours?
Most gym machines make some sort of sound when you use them. This is a flywheel airflow air driven resistance system so the sound would be similar to large fan. The rest of the moving parts such as the nickel chain and sliding seat are exceptionally quiet. Why not take a look at the video on our product page and hear it for yourself?
Does this rowing machine need an external power supply?
No, the resistance is generated by the air mechanism as you row. The computerised monitor requires a couple of batteries. But the spindal on the rower generates power to pro-long the lifespan of the baterries.
